PennPacific provides regulatory investigation; land and mineral title examination; lease and seismic permit negotiation and acquisition; GIS mapping and data management; acquisition, divestiture, and master limited partnership due diligence; title curative services; and project management services for a variety of clients, including oil and gas companies, individual oil and gas operators, law firms, and banking institutions.

Field teams not managed by the owner are supervised by experienced project managers with significant land services experience and proven leadership skills. Rather than require all client communication pass through its office the company encourages direct dialog between managers and, if by client request, individual landmen, and clients to ensure that projects move forward as expeditiously and efficiently as possible.
