Page S. Foshee, CPL, has over thirty years of land experience as a contract landman, sole practitioner, and lead broker. Since 1980 Foshee has performed a variety of land and mineral title related tasks, including title examination; regulatory agency records research and reporting, transactional due diligence, oil and gas lease negotiation and acquisition, title curative, state agency highway right of way research, asset and royalty obligation investigation and determination, and project management. Having been employed by two title and abstract companies Foshee also has several years of experience as a title abstractor.

Clients include integrated oil and gas exploration companies, individual oil and gas operators, investor groups, independent geologists, law firms, and bank trust departments.

Areas of personal experience include Colorado; Louisiana; North Dakota; Pennsylvania; Texas; and Washington State.

Foshee is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL Certified Professional Landman #5755); the Austin Professional Landman’s Association (APLA); the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO); the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA); the International Right of Way Association (IRWA); is registered as a Right of Way Agent, individually and corporately, by the Texas Real Estate Commission, and the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA).
