Man_with_computer.jpgbusiness_5employees_18890428.jpgTO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE WE CONDUCT TITLE RESEARCH AND TITLE CURATIVE MEASURES VIA INTERNET DATA SOURCES, THEREBY GAINING THE GREATEST POSSIBLE COST SAVINGS FOR OUR CLIENTS.  The extent to which county records are available online varies from county to county.  After exhausting in-house search resources landmen travel to the field to verify their chain-of-title.  Projects are supervised by managers with significant land services experience and proven leadership skills.  Project managers are in ongoing contact with the main office and with client representatives.  PennPacific continually reviews and revises its operational protocols in order to improve client information access and to reduce overall client costs. Clients prescribe the frequency and means of PennPacific's information provision.  Unless instructed to the contrary project data is delivered electronically to clients and their title examination attorneys.
